On December 28, 2015, competitive negotiations were held in the conference room on the third floor of Shanghai Railway Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. for the procurement project of "Shaoxing 104 National Highway Jingshui Interchange Project (Admixtures)". As a large "central enterprise" under the management of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, China Railway 24th Bureau's bidding process is rigorous, scientific, open and transparent. The competitive negotiation team reviews carefully and fairly, and conducts targeted inquiries to each bidding company.
After several hours of competition, our company ultimately became the first candidate for the project with the highest comprehensive score. As the bidding manager of our company said, 'This is a milestone victory', which demonstrates our company's impressive strength and good corporate image, and also opens a new chapter of friendly cooperation with central enterprises.
After public announcement, our company officially signed a contract with China Railway 24th Bureau on February 25, 2016.
