1. Scope of application
It is suitable for all kinds of ready-mixed commercial concrete and high-strength concrete (C60-C80), especially suitable for the construction of large-volume high-strength concrete; especially suitable for the preparation of concrete that requires maintaining slump and long-distance transportation, and high-fluidity self-compacting concrete; it is also suitable for general plastic concrete, on-site mixed reinforced concrete, prestressed reinforced concrete, and externally mixed mineral powder and fly ash concrete.
 

2. Main performance
1. This product is a high-performance polycarboxylate additive. Appearance is a light brown liquid, non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, non-precipitating, and has no rust effect on steel bars;
2. When the recommended dosage of this product is added, the concrete water reduction rate can reach more than 25%, and about 20% of cement can be saved. Especially when the dosage of fly ash and slag powder is large, the economic benefits are more obvious;
3. When mixed into concrete at the optimal dosage, the workability and pumpability of the concrete mixture can be significantly improved;
4. It can make concrete have good fluidity and "self-compacting properties. It can be used to pump concrete for 2 hours, the slump loss is less than 60mm, and it has excellent slump maintenance performance;
5. It can significantly improve the strength and impermeability of hardened concrete, and has a significant effect on improving the shrinkage performance, carbonation resistance and other durability properties of concrete.
 

3. Recommended dosage
0.5~1.8% (based on the total powder mass in concrete), the conventional dosage is 1.1%.
 

4. How to use
1. According to the concrete requirements, adjust the dosage through testing
2. When stirring, you can mix it with the stirring water in advance and put it in together.
3. When preparing high-strength or high-fluidity concrete, the dosage can be appropriately increased (within the recommended range)
4. For different types of cement, it is recommended to conduct adaptability tests before use to determine the optimal dosage.
 

5. Things to note
Without testing, it should not be mixed with other types of admixtures; the container should be covered and stored, kept clean, protected from sunlight and freezing, and to prevent water leakage, water evaporation and the entry of impurities.
 

6. Packaging and shelf life
50kg, 1 ton plastic drum or tanker, the shelf life of this product is 6 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it should be retested.
 

7. Health and Safety
1. In recent specifications, HX-201A type is not classified as a pollutant.
2. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes
3. If it accidentally gets on your skin, wash it with water. If it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse with clean water immediately and see a doctor immediately.
