2.Application

●Post-dyeing finishing by saponification

Soaping treatment for fabrics dyed with reactive,ice,vat,sulfur and direct dyes,remove loose color and oil stains,prevent white ground staining,improve color fastness and color vividness.
 

●Wool textile industry

Scouring and cleaning for raw wool,wool yarn and wool fabrics to remove grease impurities, endow fabrics soft handfeel and prevent felting Used with soda ash in hard water to disperse calcium soap efficiently.

 

●Dyebath additive

Used as penetrating levelling agent for acid and vat dyes to improve dyeing uniformity and avoid color mottling;also applied as calcium soap dispersant in hard water systems.
